Die Berufsgenossenschaften verlangen von einem Hubarbeitsbühnenbediener über DGUV dass er „dem Unternehmer seine Befähigung“ nachweist. Nach gängiger Rechtsprechung wird darunter eine theoretische und praktische Ausbildung, jeweils mit Abschlußprüfung verstanden.
Sichern Sie sich als Unternehmer ab, auch Mitarbeiter von Firmen können Bußgeldverfahren, Regreßansprüchen usw. entgehen indem sie eine Ausbildung absolvieren. Jeder Unfall ist ein Unfall zuviel !
